Teaching our kids to be business owners is one of the most valuable lessons I think we can pass on during the schooling years. My own kids have run multiple businesses and even had their products sold in a local boutique shop. They’ve shipped products all over the country and participated in markets as well as offering services in our neighbourhood and online.

I’ve taken 20+ years of entrepreneur experience and broken it down into this Teenpreneur Business Course. It includes 16 sections of to the point information and actual steps that will result in kids operating either a product or service based business. Students will learn and IMPLEMENT:

  • Supply & Demand
  • Target Market
  • Cost of Doing Business
  • Pricing
  • Discounts & Offers
  • Branding
  • Marketing (6 different projects)
  • Profits
  • Reflection

Bonuses: Entrepreneur Affirmation Cards, Finance Trackers, Certificate of Completion

      So engaging!

I used this course with my middle school and highschool aged children. This course covers everything from finding a business idea to marketing to calculating a profit and does it in a way that is open enough for children to have total creative license, but provides enough framework that they don't feel lost. We plan on running through this unit again this year and pair it with the WHC Filing Taxes Unit and another run through the Budget Simulator towards a business math high school credit.

Love the how you'll pull it all together for a high school credit! Thank you for taking the time to share!
