Do you feel overwhelmed at the thought of navigating high school record keeping for homeschool?

Do you feel like you’re floundering because you haven’t had time to create systems to develop a simple workflow of grading, record keeping, writing course descriptions and building a portfolio?

I’ve been there and as I shared the processes I developed for myself I had a flood of messages asking me to package it in some way so you could use them too.

This High School Digital Record Keeping resource uses Google services (universally available on all devices and comes with free cloud storage) to provide you with the following:

💻 5 custom course grade spreadsheets designed for homeschool that automatically self calculate and have weighted categories. (Google Sheets)

💻 A Report Card that is linked to the course grade sheets and self populates based on entered grades and weighted categories. (Google Sheets)

💻 A Course Description Template for you to fill in that guides you through what to included in a course description. (Google Docs)

💻 Tips on creating and keeping a digital portfolio (Google Drive)

💻 Editable High School Transcript (Canva Free Account needed)

The grade book has been designed to accommodate ONE homeschool student (I couldn’t find this anywhere and I looked!)

These resources are foundational to my record keeping processes that we will be using for post secondary admissions.

Note: This is not a tutorial on how to create or use spreadsheets or Google apps. Familiarity is assumed.
