Ways to use this resource:
Career Ed: Have students research a new career every month or every other month based on their own interests.
Unit Studies: Research careers related to your unit study topic such as weather -> meteorologist or environmental science -> environmental scientist or environmental field technician, etc. It’s a great way to explore practical applications of the field of study.
Life Skills: Use other WHC projects to bring your students through skills like being an entrepreneur, balancing a budget, filing taxes etc and add this project to the course!
This resource allows for authentic choice, explores actual current job postings and defines a path to the chosen career starting in high school and ending up in their dream position.
